As some of you have noticed I haven't had time to post daily like normal lately.

We have had a lot going on here & I just can't keep up.

 

I am buried right now with family, as Deke's dad passed on Thanksgiving Day.

Thankfully we were by his side & he went peacefully. 

He had been in Hospice for 3 weeks.

We kept him at home & 2 of us were staying with him 24/7.

He passed quickly.

He will be missed very much by us!

We have lived on Deke's parents family farm beside them

since we got married almost 42 years ago.

 AND

I am also buried in card stock right now.

I'm getting ready for LOTS of upcoming calendar classes I have this month!

So stay tuned......

Here is a cute deer card I made.

It is a dutch door fun fold!!

 

Check out how I colored the tree.

I using Stampin' Write Markers & colored directly onto the 

red rubber tree stamp.

For the leaves I "thumped" different colors directly onto the stamp using Stampin' Write Markers.

Isn't is cool!

Autumn Trees Acetate Sheet card

Check out this cool acetate sheet card.

Notice how the base of the card is a acetate sheet!

I think this card turned out super cool!

I love the deer silhouette that are added in the lower right corner- don't you? 

 

I layered card stock & this cool tree onto this card base.

I used the

Notice how I decorated the inside of the card.

How did I do it?

To add the color to the tree I used the brush tip end of

the Old Olive & Early Espresso Stampin' Write Markers DIRECTLY 

 to the Red Rubber stamp image.

Gathering Together Fun Z Fold Flap card

Here is a fun z fold flap card. 

I made this card to send to my friend LeeAnn for her birthday. 

Isn't it so cute!!

 

I used the amazing

How did I do it?

*Base card= 4 1/4 x 9 1/2"- score at 5 1/2 & 7 3/4"

*Cut out a rectangle on the top & the bottom of the card front as show.

*Do this by cutting down 1" from the top & 

1" from the bottom on the scored fold line as shown above.

*Remove/cut out these 2 rectangle pieces.  

 

Here is the pattern on how I cut the base of my card.
